On Monday the Big Ten Network will continue its ‘School Days’ series with the second of three days of all-day Buckeyes programming. The final Ohio State installment will occur on August 1st.
Monday’s full slate of programming was released on Friday via Derek Reinglass of Big Ten Network and will include Big Ten Icons shows featuring Jesse Owens and Woody Hayes, as well as ‘Jesse Owens: Enduring Spirit’ as part of its University Showcase series.
The classic football games on Monday’s slate include the 2002 ‘Holy Buckeye’ game against Purdue, the 2011 Wisconsin game in the ‘Shoe, the ‘Game of the Century’ against Michigan from 2006 and the double-overtime National Championship Game against Miami from January 2003.
The classic basketball portion of the programming will show the Ohio State v Wisconsin games of 2007 (W 49-48) and 2012 (W 58-52).
Kicking the day off at 7am on Monday is the 2012 Big Ten Outdoor Track and Field Championships, followed by the first airing of ‘Holy Buckeye’ in it’s entirety at 10am.
