After a vicious take down that left Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller lying in a heap on the Ohio Stadium field turf, later to be hauled off to the OSU Wexner Medical Center, Miller has passed all tests and is set to be released.
After Miller’s injury, backup QB Kenny Guiton entered the game and led Ohio State to touchdown drives in the final minute of regulation and in overtime to pull out the 29-22 victory over visiting Purdue.
Miller left having completed nine of twenty passes for 113 yards and one interception. Guiton finished 6/11 for 77 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
