It is Wednesday, February 5th, 2014 which can only mean one thing. It’s time to get that old decrepit fax machine out of the closet, point a webcam at it and have all of the country on edge as the signatures of 17 and 18 year old kids come into athletic departments across the nation. It’s National Letter of Intent Day (NLOID or NSD for short) and the college football recruiting community has been gearing up for this day all year long.
By now, most of the coaches still waiting on phone calls from coveted recruits have had those phone calls, either with jubilant results or sorrowful regrets. It’s time to do the hat dances in gyms and libraries in regional high schools all across the United States and we will be here as the Letters of Intent roll into the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. We’ll have analysis on all of the new Buckeyes as they roll in and will try to keep up with any surprises that may pop up along the way.
Keep your refresh buttons working all day long for the latest on Ohio State’s newest football class.
