NY High School Basketball State Championship Winning Buzzer Beater (Maybe)

So there’s 2.9 seconds left, the ball is inbounded, stolen, thrown away, gathered, shot and made.  I’m not sure if the kid got it off in time or not, (leaning towards not) but the refs ended up counting it and that won the AA New York Basketball State Championship for New Rochelle over Mt. Vernon.
