Football team gains a new fan

2014 Pickerington Central Wing Jae’Sean Tate enjoyed his first OSU football game Saturday.

Last week I told you what recruits are planning visits to the Ohio State campus.  One recruit I failed to mention was 2014 Pickerington Central Forward Jae’Sean Tate.

Does the last name Tate sound familiar?  It might,  Jae’Sean’s father Jermaine Tate played two seasons of Basketball at Ohio State before transferring to play for Bobby Huggins and the Cincinnati Bearcats.

Many Ohio State fans will always remember their first experience in Ohio Stadium.  Jae’Sean  got to enjoy his first Buckeye football game Saturday “Today was my first Ohio State football game I have ever been to, I had a great time”.

Even though Tate had never been to the ‘Shoe for a game, he knows what the S&G is all about “I have always heard about it (OSU) being a great experience with the team, fans and tradition”

After this past weekend fans might see Jae’Sean cheering on the Buckeye football team more often “I hope to come to every home game this year!”.   Thad Matta and Staff are not the only big time program to go after Jae’Sean, Dayton, Michigan, Purdue and Xavier have also offered the 6’5 200lb Wing.

As always keep checking back for future updates!  Any questions? Send them my way on either Facebook or Twitter @BuckeyeEmpireCD
